It is an english ale yeast, Also I did do late additions for the extracts, but my boil was so intense I think it may have carmalized what little malt was in there. I agree that when everything settles out it should lighten some. Your welcome to some when it&#039;s finished, and I&#039;m always up for trading.</description>

		<description>Sounds pretty good. I&#039;d be curious to taste this with 3.5 weat/3.5 two row pale and replace the chinook with a couple early simcoe additions. Did you use American Ale Yeast? It might be pretty good with a London Ale Yeast. I read somewhere that later additions of the extract malt will lighten the color, but I&#039;ve never confirmed that. I bet that when the honey settles in secondary it will clear up. I forsee a trade.</description>
